Terms and Conditions

• To be eligible for the referral program, dropshippers must be a Kumoten members with a current paid subscription active. Dropshipper who have an expired membership must renew their subscription before they refer a friend to be eligible for the commission.


• Dropshippers must provide accurate and complete bank account details to receive commissions. Kumoten shall not be responsible for any loss of commission due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the dropshipper.


• Dropshippers shall be entitled to commissions only for referrals who have successfully completed the payment and verification process for their accounts.


• There is no limit to the number of referrals a dropshipper can make or the amount of commission they can earn under the referral program.


• Commissions shall be paid through local bank transfers. There is no minimum threshold required to withdraw their commissions.


• Kumoten reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice to them.


• Kumoten reserves the right to disqualify dropshippers from the referral program, revoke their commissions, terminate their accounts, and the cases will be brought to the authorities if they engage in any fraudulent or unethical activities. No refunds will be given in such cases, and any refund requests will not be entertained.


• By participating in the referral program, dropshippers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other rules or guidelines set by Kumoten from time to time.


• Dropshippers must keep their account profile details (name, IC number, address, etc.) always updated in their account to be eligible for the referral program.


• The referral commission shall be paid in the second week of each month. The payment may be delayed if the second week falls on a public holiday.
