1. All Kumoten orders in Confirmed Orders will be tracked by our system.
2. Once item has been delivered to buyer, and the courier company update in their system as DELIVERED, our system will automatically update in Lazada Seller Center as DELIVERED.

"DLV" column shows orders which are updated as DELIVERED in Lazada

• This power up tool only updates Lazada orders to Delivered when courier company updates in their system as Delivered.
• Sellers are advised to monitor the order report regularly.
• In the event the order status is not updated to Delivered on 12th or 13th day, please check the actual delivery status with the buyer and/or courier company.
