How To Handle Skynet / Poslaju Tracking Issue


Where is the tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found at the order Shipping History

  1. Login to Kumoten 
  2. Go to My Orders > Completed orders
  3. Click on the Action icon on the right
  4. The shipping tracking number and websites to trace the status is at the bottom ( Shipment History )


How Long Does It Take to deliver to buyer?

When parcel reach Malaysia, buyer can trace in Skynet website. before it reach Malaysia, no information will be shown in Skynet.

There is nothing shown in Skynet

Please check the shipping status in COE Website . Probably the parcel is still on its way to Malaysia. 


Parcel arrived Malaysia but is stuck and no movement for more than 2 days
